Creating your own tags

To create tags, go from the left menu to “Tags” and click "add tag". Enter the name of the future tag and a description. Next, click the "add tag" button. After creating the tag, you can use it when creating and editing any spare part.

Possible use cases
Marking each batch of goods with a specific tag
For example, #part_a, #part_b, etc. In this scenario, you can easily analyze the number of parts sold from a particular batch and the revenue for them in order to further predict purchases and optimize the list of suppliers.

Marking of defective spare parts and providing discounts on them
When adding a defective part, you can add the #defective tag. In the future, this tag will give you the opportunity to set up a discount for the desired category of goods. For example, you can get a list of spare parts with the tag #defective, which have already been in stock for more than a year, and assign them a 30% discount.

Creating a list of selected spare parts
Perhaps you provide some exclusive spare parts that you would not like to upload anywhere other than your personal website. To do this, you can create, for example, a #favorites tag and tag such spare parts with it. In the future, when setting up unloading to the sites, you will be able to exclude spare parts with this tag from the general list.
