Rules for working with reviews
1. Please write a review
A review is a great way to notify buyers about the seller!
Share your impressions, evaluate the quality of the consultation, kindness in communication. Specify whether the product corresponds to the description on the website, whether the speed and quality of delivery of the goods are satisfied.
To leave a review, go to the seller's page. This can be done by clicking on the line Seller information, reviews in the detailed view of spare parts:

Our portal connects buyers with sellers as a bridge, and it is very important for us that the transaction brings pleasure to both parties.
2. All reviews are verified
100% of the reviews before posting are checked by our moderator specialist (he contacts the author of the review with an available means of communication - phone / messengers), therefore, from the moment of writing the review to publication on the site, up to 1 day can pass (not counting weekends).
Please indicate what you bought or planned to buy, to which brand of car.
The completeness of the disclosure of the question is important to us - write at least 20 words.
The moderator has the right NOT TO POST reviews:
- containing obscene language, swearing and insults;
- uninformative (for example, "Well done, keep it up!" or "Terrible service");
- causing doubts about their reliability;
- about the purchase of spare parts found not on the NSP.AE website;
- repeated reviews on the same case of contacting the seller;
- reviews of events that occurred earlier than 6 months from the date of writing the review;
- a polemic between the buyer and the seller, in one case - one buyer's feedback and one seller's response;
- user reviews that do not respond to the moderator's phone calls or requests in messengers within 24 hours;
- negative reviews about the seller's working hours, the warranty period (verification) or its absence, the absence of delivery or a certain type of delivery, the absence of checking of spare parts at the place of sale, the refusal to send additional photos and videos, etc., if the seller informed the buyer about it before buying the spare part.
The moderator of the site has the right to change the rating "Bad" in the review to "Neutral" if the seller provides sufficient grounds for such an action or if, in the opinion of the site administration, the content of the review does not initially correspond to this assessment.
If your review is not published, the site administration does not notify the user about it.
We urge sellers not to resort to artificial generation of good reviews about themselves. In case of doubts about the reliability of reviews, the site administration reserves the right to stop publishing such reviews without warning, as well as to reset all positive reviews on the seller.

3. Delete the review
Either the author of the review can change the content or delete the review after its publication, or if the seller can provide objective data confirming that the review is not reliable.
