1. In one ad, you can post information about the sale of only one specific spare part for only one car, indicating the model, brand and year of manufacture of the car, except for the section "Car Kits". It is forbidden to place specific spare parts in the "Machine Kits" section, except for the case when a fixed set of spare parts is sold for a certain specified price. The name of the spare part selected on the website must exactly match the type of spare part placed in the ad (i.e. it is impossible to place the driver's airbag, and choose the Steering Wheel in the name).
2. For individuals, it is prohibited to report on the permanent sale, as well as on the provision of any services for installation, delivery, tire fitting, etc., i.e. on the implementation of entrepreneurial activities.
3. Uploaded images must match the content of the ad. The image should contain only the object of purchase and sale. In the absence of a photo of a specific part or as additional information, it is allowed to publish a photo of the car from which this spare part was removed. It is forbidden to use images whose copyright holder is not the User (with the exception of "custom-made" products).
4. It is prohibited to indicate the phone number, e-mail or website address in the text of the ad (in the "Description" field), as well as information not related to the object of sale. It is forbidden to post information for which there are special fields, such as "Make", "Model", "Spare part name", "Original number", "Year of manufacture", "Price", delivery information, etc.
5. It is forbidden to indicate the phone number on the photo, as well as other information other than the name of the seller's company or its website.
6. It is forbidden to submit the same ad repeatedly (for example, identical ads that differ only in the year of manufacture, body type, engine, etc. for parts that match for all modifications). Several different used spare parts of the same type are not considered the same ads, because they have a different condition depending on the operation and release date.
7. All ads are accepted for publication only in Russian (Belarusian). It is forbidden to write transliterated (i.e. Cyrillic is displayed in Latin letters). It is forbidden to use CAPITAL LETTERS when typing the text of the ad, unless these are special technical designations of the object of sale (for example: automatic transmission, TDI, etc.) or the country of manufacture and other words that are usually written with a capital letter according to the rules of the language.
8. Profanity is prohibited in ads.
9. It is prohibited to duplicate or use non-text characters in the ad (for example * ! ).
10. It is prohibited to use programs and scripts for submitting and autoloading ads (except those provided by the resource) without permission NSP.AE .
11. It is prohibited to publish information that contradicts the legislation of the UAE. All advertising placed must comply with these Rules, as well as the legislation of the UAE.
12. It is prohibited to place an ad on non-existent phone numbers or on numbers that do not belong to the User. Users who violate this rule will be blocked without warning and the possibility of restoring their account.
13. It is prohibited to create more than one account for one individual (one set of phones) to place free ads. Duplicate accounts are subject to deletion (those are considered to be those whose Personal Data or ads contain the same phone numbers/new).
14. It is prohibited to submit the same ads (spare parts) from different accounts, with the exception of custom-made products that are not placed directly by the owner on the site NSP.AE . The priority of placement belongs to the owner of spare parts. Accounts with duplicate information are subject to deactivation without prior notice.
15. The site administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the posted ads. The user who submitted the ad is responsible for all its contents and the relevance of any information contained in the ad. If the Site Administration has doubts about the reliability of the posted information, if the advertisement does not comply with the established norms of the legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus and violates the rights of third parties, as well as in violation of the Rules for placing ads, the site Administration reserves the right to edit or delete User advertisements, restrict User access to the site NSP.AE (account blocking, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, removal of all ads, posted on the User's account) without prior notice and explanation of the reasons.
16. Administration NSP.AE has the right to deactivate the User's account if the e-mail specified during registration has ceased to function (deleted by the User / postal service). To replace it with an up-to-date working e-mail, the User must contact the administration using the specified contact details.
17. Payment for posting information that violates the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and/or the rules of the site NSP.AE , is not returned to the user, but compensates for the work of the resource for processing information.
18. NSP Administration.AE reserves the right to change the technical characteristics and parameters of the software and hardware involved in the provision of Services on a planned or unscheduled basis, if such changes are aimed at supporting the operability of software and hardware or improving their functioning, including with a temporary (up to two days) suspension of the provision of Services.
19. NSP Administration.AE reserves the right to send registered users emails/messages about changes to the site, new features and other information that does not violate UAE law.
20. If the User has not logged in (logged in) to his account for more than a year, this account is subject to deletion without further notice. The Internet units accrued to the User are not returned, but compensate for the work of the resource for processing and storing information.
