Product reservation is a convenient tool that will help you reserve goods before a certain date and notify your colleagues about it so that no one sells this item.
To reserve one or more spare parts, follow these steps:
1. In the list of spare parts, select the necessary spare parts by ticks.
2. After selecting the necessary spare parts, click the "Reservation" button.
3. In the next step, you will be given the opportunity to fill out a spare part reservation form: specify the end date of the reservation, a note, and also specify, if necessary, the name and number of the client.
4. After filling out the form and creating a reservation, all spare parts that have been reserved will receive the status "In reserve", information about the reserve will be shown both on the list of spare parts and in the product card.
5. When the reservation date is reached, the spare part will automatically switch to the "In stock" status.
Note: spare parts in the "In reserve" status are unloaded to advertising platforms in the same way as if they had the "In stock" status, the reserve does not affect the unloading in any way.
6. To cancel the reservation, you need to find the necessary spare part, click the "Actions" button and click the "Cancel reservation" button.
