Working with the Finance section

The "Finance" section allows you to analyze the state of affairs in your business, as well as keep records of expenses. The section is available only to users with the status of "Owner". Below we will look at the functionality of the section and tell you how to use it.

Using filters in the Finance section, you can track the following indicators:

• The total income of the company for a certain period of time. (Monthly data is shown by default)

• Revenue from sales for each of the managers. In the filters, select the desired manager and click the "Show" button. The system will show how much income this manager has brought for the period of time of interest.

• The ability to track the payback for each of the advertising platforms. If you enter the amount of expenses for advertising platforms into the table of additional expenses and indicate which site the buyer came from when selling the goods, then in the Finance section you will be able to compare the difference between the amount of your sales and the amount spent on paying for the services of the platform.

• The section will also help to track the receipt of funds for sales "In debt". All operations of depositing funds fall into the summary table, and you will be able to track how many funds were returned, which of the managers accepted them.
